Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms cover the bill-review, negotiation and switching services supplied by SignalFix, and the saving-share fee that applies when we reduce one of your bills.

2. How it works

You authorise us to review specific bills and to contact the relevant providers as your representative. We present any saving to you in writing before it takes effect, and nothing is changed on your accounts without your approval.

3. Fees

The bill review is free. If we secure a saving on a bill and you approve it, our fee is a 50% share of the saving achieved, calculated over the agreed period. You keep the other 50%.

If we do not achieve a saving on a bill, no fee is due for that bill. There are no upfront charges and no subscription.

4. No saving, no fee

Our fee applies only to savings we actually secure and you approve. Where a provider will not reduce a rate and no better option exists, that review simply closes with nothing owed.

5. Your responsibilities

The information and bills you provide must be accurate and yours to share. You are responsible for continuing to pay your providers directly unless a switch expressly changes who you pay.

6. Switching

Where switching provider saves more than renegotiating, we will present the comparison and only proceed with your explicit approval. We schedule any switch to avoid interruption to your service.

7. Cancellation

You may end our authorisation to act on your behalf at any time. Fees already earned on savings secured before cancellation remain payable for the agreed period.

8. Liability

We act in good faith to reduce your bills but cannot guarantee a particular saving, as final rates are set by your providers. We are not liable for provider decisions, service changes made by providers, or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Complaints

Contact Support@digitalatlas.net and we will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to resolve it within ten.
